un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Painters, Carpenter and Handyman Needed For House Flipper / Builder (JACKSONVILLE Lakewood Area) ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: Flat Rate Prjects $300 TO $3,000 Based On $15 to $75 Per Hour – Labor Only
WE HAVE WORK TODAY 6/20/2025.
We have a variety of projects available on a regular basis for hard working people that have the skills, experience, availability. vehicle and tools to get this work done quickly. You will be helping our Project Manager and other contractors with remodeling houses on a regular basis. We have been around for almost 20 years and every contractor has gotten paid that finishes projects properly . We are not hiring employees. We want small sub-contractors to completed fixed fee projects that know thier trade. Projects may include some or all the following items that need to be done for a whole house remodel.
CARPENTER
Replace Wall Paneling, Rebuild Closets, Install and Repair Interior Doors and Trim. Remove existing VCT and install LVP Flooring, Install Sofit Cover Pieces, Repair Wood Facia and Sofit. Install and Repair Fencing, Install Kitchen Cabinets, and Laminate Counters, Install Shower Enclosure,. Install and Repair Ceiling Tile, Demo of bathroom snf or Kitchen and work for full remodel. etc. Frame interior walls, Install drywall and finish it.
PAINTER:
Experienced Professional Residentail Painter that has worked for a professional painting company that knows how to cut in lines, prep trim and drywall and fix others bad paint job.
HANDYMAN
Ceramic Floor Tile Repair, Install Light Fixtures, Remove existing VCT and install LVP Flooring, Install HVAC registers, Install and Repair Ceiling Tile, Sidewalk saw cutting and demo, smoke detectors, Install Toilet, Install Windows Shades and Valances, move furniture around, landscape maintenance, pressure washing, install doorbell, Demo of bathroom snf or Kitchen and work for full remodel. etc. We are currently remodeling an entire house in Jacksonville,FL 32217.
