Our company is committed to the restoration and property management of a unique and storied portfolio of homes and apartments. We focus on distressed buildings in our historic districts, with an average age of over 100 years. We are family owned and what we lack in size, we make up in being flexible and good to work with. We are currently seeking carpenters, handymen, and good hardworking laborers. Open to all skill level. Fair hourly rate, easy app for clock in, paid weekly. Looking for just three things. Someone that is 1) Trustworthy, 2) Reliable, 3) Proud of their work. As for what we do — we fix up old houses, then rent and maintain them. That means we do a little of it all. In an average week we may frame a wall, patch some sheetrock, paint, shoot up baseboard, install a sink, tile a shower, etc. Must have transportation, and of course a work van or truck is a plus.
