Hurricane Shutter Installer Smart Guard Shutters Bunnell, FL 32110 We are looking to add a hurricane shutter installer to join our team. We are looking for a person that has verifiable experience in framing, shutter installation, or window installation. You must be reliable and take pride in your work. You will be the face of the company and will be responsible for repairs, maintenance, upgrades and new installations of residential and commercial / shutters. You must be self-motivated to complete jobs on time. We provide training if needed. Hours will be during the day Mon-Fri 8a-4p Have a

We will provide full training to tradesmen with transferable skills Plenty of consistent work Skills & Requirements (Preferred) Previous experience within the window installation, framing, roller door trade or similar (Preferred) Previous experience with installing hurricane shutters Have hand tool and power tool experience Understand how to use a tape measure Be able to diagnose problems and come up with creative solutions Be reliable Be self-motivated with a passion for quality Should be familiar with outdoor installation environment Have the ability and willingness to work with a with a partner or independently when required. Be presentable, speak clearly, and have good people skills. Must pass a background check. Must be able to pass drug test. Must be able to provide references from past experience. Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record

Installers are paid out as piece-rate per job when complete. Our installers calculated hourly rates vary but average between $20-30 per hour.
