$24-$26/hour (based on experience)

Hours:

7:00 AM-3:30

PM Duration:

12+ months

Frame Carpenter Responsibilities:

Construct decks. Construct wood-framed structures, including walls, floors, roofs, and trusses. Measuring, cutting, and assembling a building Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks Collaborate with other carpenters and construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Carpenter Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of frame carpentry experience required Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Ability of bending, standing, kneeling, using ladder as needed Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves

Additional Requirements:

Basic carpentry hand tools and tool belt Reliable transportation
