We’re looking for a skilled carpenter who does the work—and does it well. If you’ve been in this trade a while, you know the difference between cutting corners and doing it right. We want the latter. Someone who understands remodeling inside and out. Someone who can walk onto a job and knows what needs to be done. Someone who cares about sharp trim, clean cabinet installs, and a finished product that speaks for itself. This job is for someone who: ✔️ Has a minimum of 5+ years of real-world carpentry experience (especially in remodeling) ✔️ Knows their way around trim, cabinetry, framing, and finish work ✔️ Doesn’t need to be reminded to show up or clean up ✔️ Has the tools, transportation, and mindset to do the job right ✔️ Still takes pride in the details
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
🔨 Perform all aspects of residential remodeling carpentry, from framing to finish 🔨 Install trim, baseboards, and detailed finish work with precision 🔨 Complete cabinet installs, built-ins, and millwork to spec 🔨 Read and follow blueprints, plans, and job scopes accurately 🔨 Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in client homes 🔨 Identify and solve jobsite issues as they come up 🔨 Communicate clearly with team members and office staff 🔨 Follow safety protocols and treat every home with care and respect
