Job overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced carpenters for a commercial project in Tallahassee, FL. The role includes acoustic drywall and ceiling installation, along with other general carpentry duties. Ideal candidates will have solid experience with interior framing, finish work, and ceiling systems.
Work scope includes:
Installing acoustic drywall and drop ceiling systems
Framing, cutting, and assembling wood and metal structures
Reading and interpreting blueprints and layout plans
Performing general interior carpentry tasks as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
Requirements:
Proven carpentry experience, especially with drywall and ceiling systems
Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable transportation and good attendance
