Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with the ability to perform a variety of tasks to support construction projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of structures and facilities. Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools. Perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a skilled laborer in construction. Ability to operate various construction tools and machinery. Knowledge of construction procedures, safety guidelines, and building codes. Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy labor. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction-related fields are a plus.
