      • blind and shade job description: We are looking for a Carpenter Helper to assist with the building and assembling of blinds.

      The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, skilled with hand and power tools, and able to follow instructions to ensure high-quality workmanship.

      Qualifications:

      Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling blinds according to specifications. Use hand and power tools to drill, fasten, and adjust components. Ensure all materials are properly prepared and assembled with precision. Help with the installation of blinds at job sites as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines. Inclined to work with power tools, hand tools, and at various heights Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead Able to work on foot for extended periods of time Able to work flexible hours, early starts, late finishes, and weekends based on active project schedules Strong attention to detail; Supervise for quality control Keep detailed notes of all work that is done and report progress to superiors Utilize specific training system to develop the skills of new employees Ensure all materials are high-quality built-in in compliance with client’s specifications Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Maintain and implement all safety measures and procedures

      Responsibilities:

      Ensure that all actions are supporting the Purpose, Vision, and Core Values of the company Ensure proper use of tools for the assigned installation (This includes proper use of ladders, lifts, scaffolding, tie-offs, etc. according to OSHA and job site-specific safety guidelines and in accordance with Company safety plan) Knowledge of risks associated with tasks to maintain zero at-fault injuries Distribute materials by the layout to maximize installation of efficiencies to 85% or better Capable of taking direction and processing information from the lead installer and supervisors Effectively communicates with lead installer (this includes reporting issues such as missing/damaged materials) Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves Additional Requirements for

      Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site
