The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various trades, demonstrating proficiency in tasks related to construction and maintenance. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for executing projects with precision and quality, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Responsibilities Manage construction tasks including carpentry, painting, caulking and stucco. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Experience Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
