CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Carpenters for a multi-family new construction project in Miami, FL. This is a large-scale job involving rough-in carpentry and the installation of 80,000 square feet of plywood sheeting. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working on high-volume projects, and have previous experience with commercial or multi-family builds.
Job Duties:
Perform rough-in carpentry including plywood sheeting and framing
Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials to blueprint specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Work well with a team under the supervision of site leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience in rough-in carpentry and commercial or multi-family construction
Must have own tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
Able to read and follow construction drawings and blueprints
Must be dependable and ready to start immediately
