Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finish Carpenter in a construction or hospitality setting, plus experience with other maintenance tasks and repairs such as painting, drywall, drywall patching
Pay Rate:
$22.88 per hour
Shift Pattern:
Full availability required, 8hour shift between 8a4:30pm

What will I be doing?
Constructs, inspects, measures, repairs, maintains and dismantles structures, furniture, woodwork and other related item such as doors, folding walls, windows, ceilings, tile, sheetrock and hardware to ensure a safe, attractive and wellmaintained facility
Visually inspects, diagnoses problems, takes measurements and makes necessary adjustments to items such as door hardware to ensure safe smooth operation of guest rooms, public space and back of the house facilities.
Maintains and repair doors, furniture, hardware, and windows. Hangs artwork and headboards, etc.
Performs shop work to repair or build furniture. Identifies types and grades of wood,
measure and be familiar with hardware materials available to the carpentry trade.
