General Builder & Site Supervisor Job Description:

We’re hiring a skilled and experienced Lead Handyman / General Builder to handle a wide range of construction tasks—from flooring and bathroom installations to general repairs and finishing work. This person will also oversee a small team of workers on-site (painters, laborers, etc.), ensuring quality and efficiency across projects.

Requirements:

Strong background in general construction and renovation work Capable of independently performing tasks like flooring, tiling, bathroom installations, etc. Experience supervising small teams Must be hard-working, reliable, and hands-on Own tools and transportation required Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to perform construction and renovation tasks efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects. Execute carpentry work, including frame and trim carpentry, to meet design specifications. Collaborate with team members on-site to maintain workflow and adhere to safety standards. Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed. Engage in various tasks such as concrete forming, roofing, and water damage restoration as required.

Job Types:

$22.00 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:
