Job Site Foreman•Residential Remodeling Company (SW Florida) We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman to join our residential construction company. This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who knows how to run a job site from start to finish.

Since 1992 we have specialized in high-end kitchen, bath, and whole-home renovations. We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, clean jobsites, and well-managed projects. We’re based in Naples, FL and operate throughout Southwest Florida. We pay very competitively and we give our Forman the freedom and flexibility to run their jobs their way! We are not a one size fits all because we understand we are all individuals. We support our Forman even if they screw something up, we may discuss it amongst ourselves but we will always publicly support our team! We expect the same in return from all our Lead guys! About You:
You’re a seasoned pro who knows how to manage subs, stay organized, and swing a hammer when needed. You’re comfortable reading plans, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and keeping the job moving without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
Be on-site every day, running the job from start to finish Coordinate and oversee subcontractors Perform framing, window/door installation, punch-out, and other general construction tasks Read and interpret construction drawings Maintain a clean and organized jobsite (THIS

) Communicate progress and issues to the Owners Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
