Capenter Tier 34 Construction 360 Central Avenue, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, walls, roofs, and cabinets using various materials including wood, metal, and plastic. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately. Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople on job sites to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Perform routine maintenance on existing structures as needed. Keep work areas clean and organized. Qualifications Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods including installation and construction. Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in carpentry. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods. Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
