Renovation Technician Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our renovations team as Renovation Technicians. This role involves traveling throughout the state of Florida to assist with various construction tasks, including framing, carpentry, door installation, light plumbing, electrical work, and painting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of construction tasks including finish carpentry, door installation, bathroom and kitchen remodels, drywall repair, stucco work, cabinet installation, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Travel to job sites across Florida, with some assignments requiring overnight stays. Provide your own tools and maintain reliable transportation. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in multiple facets of construction. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
