The ideal candidate will have experience in frame carpentry and a solid understanding of construction site operations. As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling frameworks for buildings, ensuring that all structures are built to specifications and safety standards. Your expertise in using various tools and materials will be essential in delivering high-quality work on time. Responsibilities Construct and assemble wooden frames for buildings, including walls, roofs, and floors. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to cut, shape, and install framing materials. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site. Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures as needed. Assist in concrete finishing tasks when required. Engage in masonry work as necessary for structural integrity. Skills Proficiency in frame carpentry techniques and practices. Experience with reading blueprints is a plus Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of construction management principles is beneficial. Ability to weld various materials as part of the framing process is desirable. Understanding of concrete finishing techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Pay Rate is based on proven experience. Must be able to provide proper documentation showing you are legally allowed to work in the United States.
