The Job:
Install motorized hurricane roll shutters(residential & commercial) Follow building code & manufacturer specs Understand product sheets and engineering
What You Need:
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience installing manual & motorized roll-down shutters Lift and scaffold qualified Eye for detail—accuracy matters Pass background, drug & driving checks Show up clean, ready to work, and communicate well Have your own tools or be ready to get them Impact Driver with 6Ah-9Ah battery (commercial-grade) Screw Gun with 6Ah-9Ah battery (commercial-grade) Tool Belt Measuring Tape 25′ Foldable Knife, Vice Grips, Pliers, Hammer Additional items discussed at interview What you get: 40+ hours/week + OT Weekly Direct Deposit Health, dental, vision insurance Retirement with match PTO + paid holidays Bonuses -Monthly on time and ongoing bonus programs Tool allowance
