What You’ll Do:

Install, replace, and repair windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings Measure, cut, and prepare openings for proper window and door fitting Work collaboratively with a team to ensure high-quality installations Interact professionally with customers on job sites Perform site evaluations and plan installations accordingly

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with construction tools (hand and power tools) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Strong teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right Prior experience in construction or window/door installation is a plus Reliable transportation to and from our office Willingness to work overtime when needed
