Experienced Deck Builder RockDeck LLC Alpharetta, GA 30005 Overview A well-established deck construction company in Georgia is looking for a highly experienced deck builder to join the team. We’re seeking someone with extensive hands-on experience in building high-quality decks. This position starts as a lead builder on-site , with the opportunity to grow into a Foreman role – overseeing other carpenters and managing job sites as the team expands.
Responsibilities:
Build custom decks with a focus on precision and quality Read and interpret blueprints and plans Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes Communicate progress and challenges with the office team Take initiative and be ready to lead others as the team expands Experience 2+ years of proven experience in deck construction. Strong carpentry and framing skills High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Responsible, motivated, and reliable Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Leadership mindset with interest in long-term growth
