CARPENTERS & CONCRETE WORKERS WANTED

Alliance Mill Consulting Inc. is hiring local Carpenters and Concrete Workers for a long-term project in Thomaston, GA, running through February 2026. We’re looking for hard-working individuals who take pride in their work, show up ready to go and can handle the demands of an industrial construction environment.

Requirements:

• Must supply your own tools
• Be physically fit. Able to lift 50lbs with ease
• Must be punctual. Work starts at 6:00am.
• Able to work 10-12 hour days.
• Able to work 20 days on, with 8 days off in between shifts.
• Strong work ethics and ability to take direction are essential.
• Min of 5yrs construction experience is required; industrial experience is a strong asset.
• Must be safety conscious and familiar with working around large equipment.

Compensation:

• Up to $31/hr (depending on experience)
• Overtime paid after 40 hours (30+ hours of OT per week regularly available)
• Consistent, long-term work through early 2026
