Provide expertise in performing journeyman-level Drywall Framer duties. Consulting with clients and contractors in a professional manner, assigning tasks, ensure jobs are completed in due time and work is performed according to Swinerton standards. Discipline, mentor and monitor performance of employees. Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Mechanic Lead Drywall Framer is responsible for the effective and accurate performance of all assigned responsibilities including but not limited to:
Supervision of field personnelProviding expertise in performing journeyman-level drywall framer duties.
Review project plan and blueprints.
Perform layout with drawings, coordination drawings or model, generate RFI’s for conflicts or differing conditionsEstimate time, material, equipment and supplies needed.
Track production of all phases of framing, drywall and finishingDevelop and manage JHA’s, ensure crews are working safely and properly trainedEnter daily time in Exaktime (Swinerton timekeeping system) for crewMaintains records of operations.
Request supplies and equipment.
Ensure work areas are properly maintained.
Utilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
Consulting with Mechanic Foreman and contractors in a professional manner.
Ensure jobs are completed in due time and ensure work in performed according to Swinerton standards. Discipline, mentor and monitoring performance of employees.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCEMinimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Mechanic Drywall Framer or similar role.
Ability to learn new Management skills with attention to detail.
Lift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off of ladders, man lifts or other equipment.
Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt.
Display basic computer skillsCapable of working in a variety of weather conditions.
