The ideal candidate will have experience in frame carpentry and a strong understanding of various construction techniques. As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Construct and install framework for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete framing tasks. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met. Perform drywall installation and finishing as needed. Assist with remodeling projects by framing new structures or modifying existing ones. Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material movement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site. Conduct regular inspections of work to maintain quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in frame carpentry or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with drywall installation, concrete finishing, siding, and remodeling techniques is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong knowledge of power tools and their proper usage. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
