- 5:00pm)

ASAP Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry (trim, cabinetry, doors, molding, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Ensure work is completed on time and to the highest standard
- Coordinate and supervise carpentry crews and subcontractors
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
5+ years of finish carpentry experience 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials Ability to manage time, people, and resources efficiently Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
