Deck Builder / siding / carpenter/ roofing Timothy Jenkins llc. Billerica, MA 01821 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction techniques and be capable of performing a wide range of tasks, from heavy lifting to detailed craftsmanship. This role requires an individual who is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. We primarily do exterior work but we also take on larger projects that involve frame to finish. Ideal candidate will be local, be a pro installer of decks and siding and have a good attitude. Responsibilities Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction projects. Work with our team to build decks, siding, roofing, windows, doors, and framing. Any additional skilled trades is a plus. Drive a truck with a trailer occasionally. Perform detailed work as we like to have it done. Qualifications Proven experience in construction trades listed above. Strong detailed skills in carpentry. Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus. Ability to read schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions. A general skill set is highly desirable for varied tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety standards and practices on the job site is mandatory. Roofing is not needed if you are an older person. If we are performing roofing your job will be to manage the crews and light help on cleanup etc.

Full-time Pay:
$30.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
