We are seeking an entry level carpenters apprentice to join our team. Our projects range from new construction custom home builds and additions to kitchen and bathroom remodeling with self performing scopes from demolition to turnover. The candidate would be working as part of a team doing a number of job site tasks: Wood framing Installation of interior/exterior doors, windows, and related trim Drywall

• ranging from repairs to entire rooms Painting
• brushing, rolling, or spraying. Experience cutting in a must. Installation of flooring
• tile, LVP, wood Finish carpentry
• trim, cabinetry with scribes, etc Duties Assist with various construction tasks such as lifting and carrying materials Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials Load and unload construction materials Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of a skilled carpenter Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear Assist in measuring and marking materials for installation Requirements Ability to be on time daily Willingness to learn and advance•Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills to work effectively with team members Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout the day.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
