Exterior Home Improvement Carpenter (10+ years exp required) Cherry Hill Construction 722 Washington Street, Pembroke, MA 02359 We are a niche product manufacturer and we install these products on historic homes. As part of the installation we repair and replace specific areas of the homes exterior. We need experienced carpenters to make these repairs to the highest quality standard and craftsmanship. We are growing and have openings for year round, full-time positions with benefits. We are looking for product installers with strong carpentry skills who seek long-term steady employment. Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to execute carpentry tasks with precision. Read and interpret plans and drawings to ensure accurate construction and installation. Perform trim carpentry, including the installation of fascia, soffits, fiberglass gutters, etc… Collaborate with team members on construction sites to maintain workflow and safety standards. Estimate materials and labor for projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence. Conduct repairs and restoration work, addressing issues such as water damage and structural integrity.
