We are currently seeking motivated, experienced Finish Carpenters & Laborers. As a Finish Carpenter you must have a minimum of 3-5 years of finish experience with verifiable references. We specialize in kitchen & bath remodeling, as well as whole house renovations. We are NOT looking for a subcontractor. We are looking for career-minded individuals that are looking to grow with us. This position is full-time, year-round work. We service the areas of Cape Cod, South Shore, and the South Coast. We offer advancement opportunities for highly motivated team members. • Career minded and motivated to learn, grow and succeed
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Dependable, drug free with a neat and clean appearance
• Must be able to collaborate with subcontractors and other tradespeople as needed
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine project requirements
• Ability to accept instruction & constructive criticism
• Follow established company safety protocols

Carpentry:

3-5 years (Required for Finish Carpenters)

• Lifting in excess of 50 lbs. is often required Benefits
