Responsibilities:
Follow directions from lead carpenters and the project team. Learn carpentry skills through hands-on experience. Assist carpenters with various tasks on assigned projects. Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring supplies are properly stored.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively. Eagerness to learn and proactively support the team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds. A strong work ethic and dedication to craftsmanship.
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $18 – $24, based on experience and leadership capabilities.
