⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Lead Commercial/Residential Carpenter (Portland) compensation: $28-$35+ W2 employment type: job title: Carpenter We are a local contractor hiring a lead carpenter who can work independently and report to the foreman/superintendent of our jobs. The lead carpenter should be able to take direction and perform carpentry tasks without supervision in a commercial and residential setting. The scope of carpentry work will include the following: General carpentry – framing, siding, blocking, temporary walls Drywall patching Finish carpentry Any other miscellaneous carpentry tasks as needed Carpenter should have at least 5+ years of carpentry experience and be self-sufficient to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
