un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Looking for skilled Frame to Finish Carpenter (Portland, Westbrook, Falmouth, Gray) compensation: Commensurate with experience employment type: job title: Carpenter Established, local contractor specializing in high end residential work in need of an experienced, hard working individual to join our crew. We offer steady, year-round work in Portland and surrounding areas in southern Maine, operating on a M-F 8-4 schedule. We are seeking a frame to finish carpenter for new builds and remodels.
Duties include:
framing, indoor and outdoor trim work, siding, window and door installation, decks and porches, cabinet and vanity installation, and more. Requirements This is a 1099 job for individuals carrying their own insurance. Must have the ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work comfortably on ladders and staging. All candidates must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. We are offering excellent compensation for candidates fitting these requirements.
