We don’t sub any work out other than MEP, so if you like to get your hands dirty, and be a key member of the nose-to-tail reconstruction effort, then this is the role for you. On a daily basis, we’re demolishing walls and ceilings, ripping up floors, sanitizing rooms. When that’s finished, we frame, drywall, insulate, paint, floor, install trim. Pretty much everything other than major structural elements. $25-35 per hour, commensurate with experience. Lunch and coffee provided daily.
