What We’re Looking For:
- Solid general carpentry experience (frame to finish)
- Comfortable working independently and problem solving effectively
- Familiar with tools, materials, and residential systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Knowledge of safety and building codes
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good communicator with a professional attitude and appearance
