Job Summary:

The Construction/ Remodeler will performskilled trades work on residential renovation projects. This roleinvolves hands-on tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation,painting, flooring, and other remodeling activities. The idealcandidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their craft, and workswell as part of a team to achieve outstanding results forhomeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction and Renovation Work:

Perform various remodeling tasks, including framing, installingdrywall, painting, flooring, and cabinetry installation. Assistwith demolition work as needed, ensuring proper disposal of debris.

Material Handling:

Measure, cut, and install building materialswith precision and care. Use hand and power tools safely andeffectively to complete tasks.

Quality Craftsmanship:

Ensure allwork is completed to company quality standards and customersatisfaction. Pay close attention to detail and follow projectspecifications.

Safety and Maintenance:

Follow all safety protocolson job sites, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment(PPE). Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to complete projectson time and within scope. Take direction from supervisors orproject leads as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience inresidential remodeling or construction work. Proficiency in avariety of trades, such as carpentry, painting, tiling, and drywallinstallation. Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, andmeasuring equipment. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprintsor project plans is a plus. Strong attention to detail andcommitment to producing high-quality work. Physical ability to liftand move heavy materials (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]) andwork in various positions (e.g., kneeling, climbing ladders).Reliable transportation to job sites and a valid driver’s license.
