Framer Pendergraft Construction Carthage, MO 64836 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and restoring structures, with a strong emphasis on frame carpentry. This role requires proficiency in operating nail guns and using hand tools effectively. The Framer will be responsible for constructing and assembling frameworks for buildings, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Build structural frameworks for residential and commercial projects. Utilize hand tools to accurately cut, shape, and assemble materials. Construct roofs and other structural components according to blueprints and specifications with the guidance from a crew foreman. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Engage in heavy lifting as required during the construction process. Conduct routine inspections of materials and equipment to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience in frame carpentry or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus. Strong knowledge of construction site practices and safety regulations. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work. Proficiency in using hand tools effectively and safely. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
