Job Description
BUILDER A
Plus Patio and Screen 22530 Highway 49, Saucier, MS 39574 Summary Your role is to ensure the successful construction and/or installation of outdoor living solutions including Aluminum Carport Covers, Gutters, Overhead Canopies, Patio Covers, Pergolas, Pool Enclosures, Railings Retractable Awnings and Screens, Screen Rooms, Screen Unders, Sunrooms, and complete Warranty Repairs. You will work on-site to assemble, install, and maintain structures, providing a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction and installation: Assemble and install aluminum enclosures, pool enclosures, sunrooms, screen rooms, and other outdoor structures according to project plans and specifications. . Ensure the use of proper techniques, tools, and materials to meet quality standards. . Collaborate with the project team to coordinate construction activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in construction is a plus. Proven experience in construction and hands-on work. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to follow directions, read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship, Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Proficient in the safe use of power and hand tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Positive attitude and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
