We’re doing interior trim on high-end projects, so attention to detail and pride in your work is necessary. Work is in the Asheville area. I need someone comfortable/experienced in cutting and installing crown, setting doors, and installing hardware, and all aspects of interior trim. Laid-back work environment Long term
Personal Required Attributes:
- Self-motivated individual who can work in teams and independently
- Willingness to learn from others as well as teach those less knowledgeable
- Punctuality, for the most part. We’re all late occasionally
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- The ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Maintain an organized and clean job site
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on scaffolding is a plus, but not required
