This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in various trades, including new home builds and remodeling. As an Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals while contributing to a variety of projects. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in performing tasks related to construction carpentry and remodeling. Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Help with flooring installation and other related tasks. Fabricate materials according to specifications under the guidance of experienced team members. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on-site. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic knowledge or interest in construction carpentry and remodeling is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and schematics is desirable but not required; training will be provided. Strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques in various trades. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
