We are actively hiring Carpenters at multiple levels (1, 2, and 3) . We are looking for driven individuals with a keen eye for precision and craftsmanship to support our high-performance cleanroom projects. Successful candidates will undergo a skills assessment to determine the appropriate level placement within our cleanroom installation team. As a Cleanroom Carpenter at AdvanceTEC, you will play a vital role in the fabrication, layout, and installation of cleanroom systems. You will be expected to uphold the highest safety, quality, and performance standards on-site while working with high-value, low-tolerance materials. Roles and Responsibilities Perform layout, installation, and modification of cleanroom materials using a range of carpentry tools Maintain cleanroom-level precision: square, level, and plumb installations are critical Handle and store high-value materials per AdvanceTEC protocol (red/yellow barricade procedures) Follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and contribute to daily site work plans Inspect tools daily and maintain them in working condition Collaborate with quality control personnel using Procore to ensure work is documented and compliant Participate in scissor lift and fall protection equipment inspections Comply with all AdvanceTEC safety policies and PPE requirements Required Tool & Safety Knowledge Carpenters will be asked to demonstrate proficiency in the following: Tape measures (imperial and metric) Framing squares, speed squares, levels Line lasers and rotating lasers Cordless drills, hammer drills, and impacts Circular saws, jig saws, panel saws, routers C-clamps, chalk lines, caulk guns Hilti powder-actuated tools (certification preferred) Cleanroom-safe layout techniques and protective tape use Qualifications 2+ years experience in construction or carpentry (cleanroom or high-tolerance environments preferred) Familiarity with interpreting blueprints and technical specifications Experience in material handling, layout, and field modifications Safety-focused with working knowledge of JSA and OSHA practices Willingness to participate in hands-on evaluation during hiring process Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
