Pay rates are from $18-$26, depending on experience and certifications.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have your own, reliable, transportation. You must be dependable. You must be able to pass a drug test. You must be experienced in using hand and power tools safely. You must be able to read a tape measure. You must have your basic hand tools. You must have 1 year of verifiable experience. We offer benefits, steady hours, and opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities Assist skilled carpenters in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood and other materials. Utilize hand and power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Support in the installation of frameworks, trim, and other carpentry elements as needed. Summary As a Carpenter Helper, you will support skilled carpenters in various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Your core skills in hand and power tools, along with a solid understanding of carpentry and construction, will be essential in assisting with framing, trim work, and other carpentry tasks. You will also benefit from premium skills in construction estimating and blueprint reading, enhancing your ability to contribute effectively on-site.
