Qualifications Knowledgeable in OSHA standards Willingness to learn and accept direction from supervisors Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Must have a valid Driver’s License Ability to work with tools and equipment such as, power andnon-power tools Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb andperiodically lift up to 50lbs Communication and interpersonal skills are a must Ability to manage time, multitask and prioritizeWorkingConditions Travel – This project is located in Charlotte, NC, with thepotential of other locations throughout the Eastern Region. Construction Site Environment – physical ability to stand,walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb. Lifting and carrying materialand objects.
