The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with hands-on experience installing decks/screen porches and using various tools and techniques. All tools and equipment supplied. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to work collaboratively with a crew. Duties Installing decks and screen porches primarily on new construction Lift and move heavy items Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks Install doors, trim, and other fixtures with attention to detail Maintain an organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry or related labor positions. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and safety equipment. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
