Occ Summary
Perform journeyman level carpentry work in the planning, laying out, construction, repair and assembly of temporary and permanent buildings, additions, partitions and wooden structures and fixtures; provide technical guidanceand direction to lower level personnel.

Hours:

1st shift
7am-3:30pm
On-call responsibility for weekends and nights. Work Performed equipment. incidental to the work described herein. instructions. Perform journeyman level carpentry work in the construction, repair and renovation of floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, and screens from blueprints, sketches, and verbal Install glass in windows, doors and partitions; replace damaged ceiling and floor tile and other damaged Operate woodworking equipment and machines to saw, plane, drill or mortise lumber for doors, cabinets, shelves, molding and related fixtures; cut mortises for locks and hinges; hang doors. Estimate amount of required lumber and supplies for projects; select the type of lumber and material necessary. Inspect completed work and direct any rework or modification. Provide technical guidance and direction to lower level personnel. Perform other related duties Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
