experience, I cannot stress that enough. If you don’t display professionalism in your work you will be sent home immediately. We provide a very positive atmosphere and as long as you’re willing to work we will get along just fine. we are all grown men so you will be given an assignment at the beginning of the day and as long as you’ve completed that task correctly at days end we are good to go. Pay is distributed weekly on Fridays (or by the project if we will be done same week) you may also draw on Wednesday if need be.
