The ideal candidate will have experience in residential remodeling, particularly kitchens and bathrooms. This position involves a variety of tasks including demolition, framing, cabinetry installation, trim work, tile work as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all phases of remodeling projects Perform carpentry including framing, drywall, trim, and cabinet installation Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Work collaboratively with other crew members and subcontractors Follow project plans and directions from the lead carpenter or project manager Maintain a professional and respectful attitude on site and with clients
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling preferred Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques related to carpentry and remodeling Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow within the company
