Restore and maintain existing structures to enhance their functionality and aesthetics. Install fixtures including cabinets, shelves, and other built-ins with accuracy. Lay tile with attention to detail for both flooring and wall applications. Hang doors, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Conduct trim carpentry work, including baseboards, crown molding, and window casings. Assist with general maintenance person tasks as needed on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials. Ability to perform fixture installations accurately and efficiently. Experience in tile laying is a plus, showcasing versatility in skills. Proficient in door hanging techniques with an understanding of hardware installation. Solid trim carpentry skills with an eye for detail in finishing work. Must be able to work effectively on a construction site, adhering to safety protocols.
