Wardell & Harper is a build-design company focusing on remodeling, restoration, and additions, including whole house renovations, and high-end kitchen and baths. Our job sites are clean, our crews are respectful, and our work is without compromise. The ideal candidate will have a minumim of 3-5 years of on-the-job experience, preferably as a working foreman.

Job duties will include:

Running projects under the supervision of our Project Manager Reading and understanding blueprints Assisting with daily project scheduling Managing a team of carpenters with various levels of experience Forecasting material needs Coordinating and supporting subcontractors on site We are a dynamic company willing to take on new challenges suited to the team we employ.
