IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE

Maintaining records, documenting tasks and presenting progress reports in our CRM Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment Loading and unloading of trucks safely Inventory of tools and equipment Training, instructing and guiding apprentices towards becoming a carpenter Having a good grasp on building from start to finish but needs advice & help from Master Carpenter Verifying the stability structure (using plumb bob and level) Understanding and implementing basic carpentry skills for framing, finish work and remodeling Showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn excellent leadership and installation techniques

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Must have a good attention to detail for exterior applications and arrive to work on time 3 years+ experience in deck building, siding remodeling and/or window & door installations (Preferred) Possessing a valid driver’s license and your own tools. Own truck is preferred High school degree or equivalent Up-to-date resume Passing all background checks
