Role:

We specialize in high-end decks, siding systems, porches, and full exterior upgrades across the Seacoast. This isn’t fast-track, production carpentry — our work is clean, custom, and built to last. As a Senior Carpenter, you’ll take the lead on-site: managing workflow, mentoring crew, and ensuring top-tier results from layout to final detail.

Who You Are:

A true tradesman with 8+ years of carpentry experience Confident in framing, siding, decking, and exterior trim Capable of leading others and managing jobsite flow Driven, self-sufficient, and solutions-oriented Equipped with your own truck and tools (or close to it)
