The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship in various construction projects. This role involves working on-site and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, and installation of fixtures. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely to complete projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to specifications. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Most work will be decks, trim carpentry, drywall, tile work, and painting Skills 3-5 years in construction, carpentry, and/or painting Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to carpentry and construction. Strong skills in framing and trim carpentry. Other desired skills include painting, drywall, and tile work. Ability to plumb accurately for installations and repairs. Light electrical experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with construction site protocols and best practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50lbs Must be ok with climbing and working on ladders. Must have basic tools and transportation.
