Job Description Overview:

Larken Associates is searching for Carpenter/Helper for real estate property development and management company (Central NJ) –

Commercial Construction Division Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of interior construction office/tenant fit-ups.

Primary Activities:

• Tenant turnovers
• Metal and wood framing
• Drywall installation, taping and spackling
• Acoustical ceiling repairs
• Painting Requirements/Qualifications for Carpenter/Helper
• 2+ years of commercial building/construction experience
• Must have own basic tools
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Safety-oriented
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints
• General knowledge of commercial building codes and layouts
